Where to Propose in Trang?

Hey everyone,

I am a foreigner living in Thailand. I want to propose to my Thai girlfriend in Trang. We are in the Mueang district but can also ride a few kilometers.

I want to propose over a nice dinner in a good restaurant but a cafe with a nice view can be a good alternative.

If you know of a good place, please help me out. Thanks in advance!

I'd recommend that restaurant that overlooks the sea down from that coffee shop that serves some of the best omelets in Trang.

I think Trang is pretty much shutdown at the moment, at least for alcohol. The coast is about 15-20km from Trang town, and there are a few villages with some pleasant restaurants with sea views along there. I remember doing a cycle ride there a couple of years ago and thinking what a pleasant place it was.

Or head over the mountain (Khao Pubpa) where there is a viewpoint restaurant (Khao Pubpa Restaurant) or continue into Krabi Province which is a yellow zone, allowing alcohol in restaurants. If that's your thing.

May I suggest slashing your wrists rather than the long drawn out method you are thinking of.
