Been unable to find out if it is available in Thailand.

However, The iTind treatment is approved for use in the European Union, UK, Israel, Australia, Brazil and has recently received FDA clearance for use in the USA.

You men have problems not being able to pee when you get older.

Women have the opposite problem. We can’t stop peeing the older we get.

My Mother, (She had five children), wore an incontinence pad/underwear for years, both Women and Men seem to get plumbing problems, in later life.
There are compounding problems for Males, particularly with the current "solutions", TURP being one that comes to mind.
TIND and now the newer iTIND, is a beacon of hope for many men and couples. Constant disturbed sleep is debilitating.

I hope an acceptable solution is forthcoming, for our women, in the not too distant future.

For us guys, BPH can be a more than a common [not all, of course] condition after 50 and the symptoms can be quite varied to one degree or another.
In many instances, it passes - and others, it doesn't.
The standard treatments are the ever popular urological pharmaceuticals [Tamsulosin & Finasteride]; an ever so slight shaving/"scraping" or laser surgical procedure of the effected urethra and inner lobe of the prostrate; or a TURP/iTIND placement.

And with today's cautionary treatment in this field, all can be done nicely without losing or diminishing sexual function and feeling.

A side note to BPH, is that Urologist are still left with a mystery of how/why it develops - and why in many cases this ailment passes and others it doesn't.

My brother did UroLift several months back and is very pleased with the results. Took just a few minutes in the doctor’s office.
