Hmm... guess he’s lucky then. Hasn’t died in a motor vehicle accident, or gone among the ranks of the missing, hasn’t been convicted of a crime, or deported, or beat senseless in some remote back alleyway.
Maybe he should seek a second lawyers opinion or perhaps it is best to be left well enough alone.
The point of this thread was to bring up a legal case where a falang did not get screwed by a Thai Court of law. Again, it is contrary to the ongoing consensus of "a foreigner doesn't stand a chance in the Thai legal system".
