do you drink kefir milk in Thailand ? do you keep it at room temperature or in fridge ?
it seems that fridge is too cold and that room temperature it too old and milk will turn bad ?

It's a serious problem, I can't figure out how kefir milk drinkers solves that.
TizShe makes kefir here in the Philippines.
Its kept on the kitchen bench while it ferments (approx 6 hours), but as soon as it has completed fermenting, she strains the kefir grains out and puts the remainder into the fridge.
