for us,money was no object, even going to the so called best, recomended ones that most couldnt afford, one of which was a top hospital in bkk.bill for a few tests ect.11k.thats cheap,n o meds just come back in 14days.poor boy never had the chance only lived for 8days after visiting that hospital.wife phoned them only response she got sorry to hear that.as for vets apart from our local one who we went back to 4months ago with our latest arrival the rest that includes 2 top vetinary uni's 0 out of 10.
I must take the blame for ditching our local vet[our first] when sam had a massive nose bleed at 5am.i panicked with so much blood loss and the vet said he wouldn't come out I told him to vyk off.but after 3yrs and a number of vets I now realize he was ok.and he still is.try and find a 24hr.service.i think mendip will know most of the ones I call parasites who don't care one iota about the welfare of your beloved as long as the gravy train keeps running.it made me a very bitter person who I am sorry to say.
    I DONT TRUST NO ONE.

as this subject about poison, this past 5yrs.i have preached about what medication our vets give our beloved.
about 3weeks ago i read that a warning had been given to doctors about over subscibing anti-biotics to humans and animals,so that includes our beloved pets.
just ask yourselves do[anti-biotics and steriods] that are prescribed by the dozens over a long period of time actually do our beloveds any good.my experience is only to well known, they only make them worse.the word for this is MODERATION.we spent over 100k.bht and was willing to spend that again if we had been given the right answers one way or another.
you all should look up and read,WWW.DRPLECHER.COM
