Yep can't donate because of mad cow disease, which is a brilliant excuse because I don't really want to.

    Good stuff.

The reduction in viscosity reduces the risk or a heart attack or heart disease, so good to do it regularly.

Not to mention lowering the mean total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, protecting against cardiovascular disease.

It also decreases the risk of certain cancers that are linked to high iron levels. Men and post-menopausal women can shed excessive iron by donating.

    win win win.

Of course with an extra win that you will likely be helping someone in need, and possibly saving a life.

I'm a bit proud of that shot.

Ditto the shot of the King of Thailand (then the Prince) presenting SWIMBO her Uni Certificate.

Apparently it's quite healthy for men to donate, as it results in new blood being made by the body. Without this, a male's blood isn't 'renewed' so their blood will be quite old.
Yeah, uh. No. Sorry. Red blood cells have a 120 day life span. You are constantly renewing them.

No mention of red blood cells in my post. Yeah, uh. no. Sorry.

After donating a pint of blood. Your body replenishes it within 48 hours. You have a pint of new blood in your system (blood plasma, mainly)

The new red blood cells take a few weeks.

Few years ago, four of us, all A+, went in to donate for a friend about to have heart surgery. All four of us rejected. I, and one other, for having had malaria and dengue; the other two for having fairly recent colored-in tattoos. I was amazed, although pleased, at how strict the screening process was.

Refer to his idea that women's menstruation accounts for "renewal" and thus it's only men and post-menopausal women that need to blood-let regularly to "renew" their blood. And he's doubled down on that after being given the facts.
    Verging on Dunning-Kruger.

    Menstruation sure does buddy.

Women on average will lose a pint of blood in around 14 months due to it.

Do you think that they don't have any blood left in their body by their mid 20s?

    You moron.

    You moron.

You're still struggling with the fact that blood "renewal" is a constant process in men and women alike, and that 10 ml per day for 4 or 5 days a month is completely insignificant. And considering that menstrual discharge is actually the lining of the uterus, actual blood loss is minimal.
Why do you think women can donate blood during their period?

    Idiot.

You're mistaking 'blood' for red blood cells. Here's a clue. Over half of blood is an extracellular fluid.

No, not not mistaking anything at all.
    Lets back track a bit.
You contend that because men don't menstruate they will benefit from blood donation because it renews their blood and women get that benefit from excreting 80 ml (tops) of menstrual discharge (which is largely uterus lining cells, not blood) per month and that this discharge is responsible for a pint of blood over 14 months.

No matter if it is red blood cells, white blood cells, plasma, or any other componant of blood, it is all constantly being refreshed as needed or dictated by the body and men's blood doesn't "get old" as you said because of lack of menstruation. It's not like an oil change, and women's "oil change" is such a slow gradual process as to be negligible in the greater scheme of the body's constant refreshing of all cells.
Your understanding of how the body works is dismal. Your understanding of menstruation is pathetic. It's 5th form biology. Maybe you didn't make it to 5th form. Perhaps you should have paid attention instead of making plans to pull Wendy's pig tails at play time.

Keep on googling. You just may feel the need to come back and admit you were totally wrong.

Luigi: Men benefit from blood donation because it renews their blood. Women don't need it because they discharge 80 ml of uterus lining each month.
Luigi: Men's blood gets old, women's is refreshed from having their periods.

Luigi: I will stick to my guns despite being obviously very wrong and I will tell anyone who thinks I'm wrong that they're a moron.

Typical, very very typical response from the narcissist poorly educated fool. Distract and blame to divert attention away from his other foolishness.
