Don't know if they have owls in Thailand though so you might have to teach them what an owl is first!

We have mynas in aussie too. They are very cheeky. Introduced pest species from India. If you are eating a sandwich in the park they will swoop and crack their wings together just over your head to try to get you drop your food.

Oh NPT, I have tried all those things. We also have those little finches that get up under the eaves. Nothing deters them. The only way to get them out is put pressure on them and they will stop. So keep removing the nest and they will go elsewhere or the other non Buddha option (which I prefer) is just let me kill the damn things.

Those work great when you don't have mesh covering the gutters. I have a really powerful leaf blower here. I had considered taking the mesh off because I don't get leaves in them from trees, just garbage from a few Myna birds making a nest.

With the upcoming ladder and my blower I may remove the mesh. I mentioned that to my wife.
