Not sure how it went from a personal safety issue to some of the tangents its on now. Guess it's forum life. Threads take on a life of their own.

The biggest hazard i found with flip flops is in the car parks where they put those bastard kerbs to stop the Thais bangin into walls. They take some skin off your toes. You soon learn after doing it 3 times. I drive everywhere baredoot nowadays
