The duration of your residence, wherever it may be, still does not confer an intelligence otherwise absent from your pronouncements. Everything is relative, and once one has experienced congestion in any part of Bangkok, then anything you might experience in Pattaya pales into utter fucking insignificance.

As far as I am aware it is a venue now for cheap Chinese hotels and impoverished ex-council house British oik types and their weird Kraut counterparts. Can't really say for sure though since I don't think that is a part of Pattaya I have ever seen, knowingly.
