Certainly, the British lumpen demographic is shrinking annually as they return to their dotage in Blighty. It happens to most expats/retirees/ refugees at some point.

The Russians, Indians, Chinese, Iranian, Turkish and ASEAN folk are the demographic now. In ten years or so I doubt very much one will find any British/Cod Irish style pubs in Pattaya to speak of.
I was in the Sportsman t'other week having a late breakfast and I reckon the average age of the punters present, all British, was around the 55-65 range.
Quite depressing really.
