Silom Traffic is always at a standstill - can't really fight it. Taxi motocy makes all the difference. Weaving in and around the parking lot of the Silom district. Used them daily - not for the faint of heart, and pay serious attention to your knees, real medical problems if they come in contact with an immobile vehicle.

Lumpini - spend many, many, many hours in there. Excellent hideaway. You don't realize you are in a city.

Silom Traffic is always at a standstill - can't really fight it.

It's a nightmare in peak hour but out of that it moves along OK for a big city.

Never worries me though, I'm on the MRT or the BTS. Only way to travel.

Actually if I'm up at MBK or Paragon area I walk home. Nice wide footpaths and a good walk providing some exercise.

leads straight into Lumpini, cut a lap and then leg it down Silom.
