    Dear Jim i really wanna sell it in low price
    but as you know if i we sell in low price the meat is suck!
    So that i wanna use QC meat the price wont be low it just moderate (but i think it cheaper than USA)
    that my main problem is it ok to make with More standard than shop on the street.

    haha, furthermore good qulity of beef we have but the price is beyond acceptable
    about 1000baht per kilo of meat

    ^ that's because it's imported from Japan or Australia

    If you get the right cuts of beef and have a good method... That's executed well Thai beef should be fine... Whether Thai or Japanese meat doesn't much matter IF you select a tender part of cow and smoke it... As far as pig and chicken jerkey goes I won't bother.
