Mobile operators are the biggest thieves, before the banks, software firms, and asset management firms. Why do you think so many billionaires come from the mobile operating industry ?

they make a fortune doing fuck all after they build their expensive network, it's all marketing and optimizing the billing cycle

they know users are dumb and never check their bills, and charge them all kind of shit they don't need, that's how they get their high "rent" from users. It's a beautiful business model, the best out there to be honest.

A little update.

Had a good chat with the AIS call center girl this morning. She acknowledged that yes, AIS has been over charging me on average 500bt a month for the last 3 years since I cancelled the mobile advertising in 2010.

She offered to credit my account with the over charges since April this year which I thanked her for but said I'd like the whole lot back for the past 3 years.

She needs to speak to her boss about it and will get back to me.

I noticed SMS messages on the Midget's bill that they were charging her 50b a pop for receiving. She gave them earache and they were taken off. I now check everything as I'm not giving those kunts anything other than what we've signed up for.

AIS are still the best provider even if they are crooks. By best, I don't mean good.
