OK Minimum order 1000b = 34 pizza bases or spread the order out & through some burger rolles.
Then wake them in the freezer & use as required.
I hate the Thai bread as there is to much sugar.

Pizza bases sounds like a good idea. I have seen them in Makro occasionally but just like beetroot and pickled onions, it's only once in a blue moon.

In Aus we put bread in the freezer & pull it out when required.

I can't remember what her pizza bases sell for (she just came in to hassle me about going to bed - they're 30b each, plus maybe 300b for shipping and 120(?) for the box) but they're bloody good. None of that thin buscuity crap that seems to be the norm here. They're not a soggy, greasy mess like Pizza Hut either.

The main problem would be keeping them frozen or cool if not frozen, during transit. I would think it's about 12 hours between here and your gaff on t'bus. She's sent bread to Ubon and Phrae before which seemed to be OK if you load the polystyrene box up with frozen bottles of water.

We might be venturing up to CM within the next few months, so could meet up for a sherbert if nothing else.

Bread can travel very well, as lon g as it can breathe

if you wrap it in plastic it goes soggy but still edible

Yes I think it would be worth a trip to Bangkok for a sample, but I would spend the 1000 baht on Minimum order (as you can buy frozen pizza)
So if I buy 34 shells & eat 2 per week then that 17 week supply.
If they don't taste very good I can use them as frisbee.

Most of our bread is sent off to be frozen, so it has to be wrapped unfortunately.

some bread just does not freeze well.

It's fine for a couple of weeks if the bag is air-tight. Pizza bases freeze particularly well. I assume because of the oil in it.

It will take me 90 minutes to drive there pickup 34 pizza bases then 90 minutes
to drive back.
34 pizza base & 180 minutes, so thats 5.3 minutes per pizza base.
I did give them a call & they do run a guest house over nere the Bangkok Immigration.

Yes those bread maker work well Ned & that smell comming from the freshly cook bread.

The smell of fresh bread alone is worth the outlay. We got one of the "Severin" brand machines a few years ago, and still going strong.
Getting the best mixture of water, flour, yeast, etc. to make decent bread takes a bit of time to get right, though.

Did the bread you made in the bakery taste like that out of a bread Machine?
Because mine certainly doesn't, they are convenient, granted but taste like a decent loaf, no way.
