Over the course over the last few yrs I've employed 14 so called mechanics, in that 8 yrs period only one wasn't fired ( female).

Socially, i have met a couple of honest males, overseas trained all the rest were thieving crunts with very high opinion of their own ability. SO i certainly don't share CM's opinion.

Left handed sockets, found in the same aisle as glass nails and spirit level bubbles.

So what did you have for dinner CM?

Mate n I got in a Tuk Tuk from Saphan Kwai to Pradphat hotel, the guy only charged 40 baht. As we walked in to hotel bar I was laughing saying Fuk that don't happen often, usually it's haggle city all the way.
Two mins later in walks Tuky guy. I say to my mate, see told you that was to easy.
Bloke walks up and hands my friend his travel wallet with 20 000 bt, 200 sterling, credit cards and air line ticket to the UK for that night.

    Gave him 5000 bt.

Thing was we were over there to help a western girl who'd been robbed by a not so nice Thai.

    Good and bad everywhere.
Do you know what nemesis means?

I just found a little purse with an iphone and blackberry in it under a table at starbucks, I held onto it and a young lass returned an hour later in a panic.

She was pretty relieved when I returned it to her.

I can t say that it's been a bed of roses employing people here but it wasn't in the west either.
....but when I've found staff I can trust I took fekin good care of them and rewarded them for their loyalty.

I went do the dunny in a pattaya go go bar, came out and sat down again.
Few seconds after a bar girls cames walking past me holding up a wallet and
    shouting 'who lost wallet'.
'shag me like a poofter that looks like mine' I thought to myself.
Checked my back pocket, my heart sank, my wallet aint there.
that bar girl is holding up my wallet.
Got it back from her, nothing was missing, cash and cards, all there.
My thieving lying relatives are a different story.

Where I came from was down the road from, you.
In 1991 I packed all my belongings including a pristine Austin Healey into a container in Melbourne. I unpacked the container at my home in Bangkok, to find many items missing and a very large invoice for duty, even tho the shipment was "duty free". I ended up paying an agent for misc charges and all the problems and charges "disappeared".
I got told by the company accountant, this is the way it happens here, its the government, they are all thieves.

I can go back but I have a wife and two daughters, I prefer to look after the here despite. the crooks.
