Neighbours land draining onto mine

The neighbouring small resort iis a jerry built Thai affair where noone thought to put land drainage in.

Since we landsaped and put up a dividing wall the water has been building like a dam on their land.

When I was putting my own land drainage in a few years ago I asked them if they wanted to run drainage through it in return for a small contribution to costs - they refused.

So now it seems they've simply either punched a hole through under the wall which has caused a mall area behind one of my drains to subside as the torrent finds its way into my over drains.

I can of course just pour concrete and dam it up again, if he (piss head tatooed Brit) wants to pay for the rectification plus 10% of the cost of my drainage I'm happy to let him hook up - otherwise he's just pissing me off.

Went round to see him. Turns out the real owner is Russian and ignorant as fcuk, the Brit is his manager.

I've offered to get my builder to look at it and he can repair the subsidence my side and run into my drain. I also asked for 10% of the cost of my drain installation for the privelege.

If not, will simply dam it up and let him drown.

There are some ignorant fuks around , A couple of months ago one of my neighbours (Lao woman married to a farang) decided to concrete a section of the soi outside her gaff as the concrete was old and cracked, we were away for the weekend but she approached the mother in law who was looking after our place and demanded we pay a contribution or access to the soi would be cut of, Bollocks to that , stupid thing is if she had of been reasonable i would probably been more than willing to pay towards it and fix a larger section and not just the bit whats focked outside her gaff,
