A couple of blokes at work have been recommending you highly, To my way of thinking the word of mouth advertising is Gold. vientianes a small place and if your doing things right it soon gets noticed , went past your shop the other day but didnt see you around or i would of stopped for a beer. Wow how time flies! I've been here for just over 10 years now!

Seems the forum is pretty quiet now days, Facebook has killed the forums in general.

Stumbled over the forum yesterday whilst Google searching for something else and had a skim read through my post from 2012/13/14. So so much has changed since then! Will post some pics etc up if anyone's interested/online now days?

I somehow agree. FB is seen by Gen Z as an aunt/ uncle thing - something of their parents' or aunts' generation. Gen Z is more on IG, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc. I think Millenials are still big on FB, but even the Millenials are considered as "old" by the Gen Z's.

I don't know about forum use by Gen Z - they probably don't use it but use Chat GPT!

Well, you agree on the obvious fact that younger people don't gravitate towards Facebook so much.

I'm still in touch with supernova dw and am happy to say he's doing well got married..had a sprog has a business and is currently building a swimming pool in his gaff ) must of got inspiration from me. Amongst the farang community he's a guy that gets shit done. He's persevered and is happy. There was a lot of neigh sayers when he started his thread but I reckon he's done well. Speaks and writes fantastic Lao his Mrs is a good looker with large noms
