    The front fell off.

Loaded on a truck to come back to the workshop and they went under a bridge until the cabin smacked into it. Never seen one broken in half like that. Gotta wonder how the bridge fared.

Typical Indo mentality, not thinking things through.

    Remember where we are....

It turned up on easter Sunday at the shop. My leading hand rang and said he couldn't unload it because it had some cabin damage.

Serious, he didn't mention it was in 2 pieces. Gotta shake your head

    Holly fuck!
    This thread just amazes me.
All the gear and the money involved, and all the fuck ups along the way.
    Brilliant.

From the plane I flew in on. That's the jungle gone for palm oil.

    Just miles of it.

Sad how the jungles are destroyed for palm oil. It reminds me of the mountains in western Canada being clearcut for lumber. You see gorgeous green mountains with huge barren strips cut out of them.

I still love your pics and commentary though. Keep it comin'!

I work in the mines. The mines fuck a lot of stuff up. They all have rehab programmes these days.

The palm oil just takes acres and acres. There's no getting it back

No mate. They're all on gen sets.

We've run out of coal so the diesel plant's running at present. $10K/day extra to run the diesel.

The coal barge has arrived after a 4 day trip up the river. The river id low so they build a bench for the digger to unload.

Some old pics I've scanned. This stuff was an annual event 20 years ago right out the front of the pub. Sir Wilson, this is the beach out the front of Yuli's bar '90 ish.

Tired turtle, laid a lot of eggs. I'm gonna die tired.

    In the barrow then.

    recovery time in the bathtub

Then on your way with you.
