Yep, that’s why I bought that set; for the scallops. It was supposed to have tuna and octopus but they had ran out. I insisted on that set and swapping out for other options they did have, but all they would give me was salmon. Hence the three serves.

Spent an afternoon at Mall of Indonesia yesterday, in Kelapa Gading. Took the kids Go Kart racing and ten pin bowling.

Better than 7/11's in Thailand, why don't they sell cans of Guinness here?

Actually picked up a half dozen different craft beers yesterday at a supermarket, Grand Lucky, at the Mall. Seems like Indonesia has also gotten onto IPA train. Conversely, despite the decent variety of beers available in Malaysia craft beers have disappeared… customs are hit and miss on what they allow in and when.

Stark, a Bali based brewer iirc, has a microbrewery down in the Jakarta CBD. Not cheap, reasonable selection, large serves, be careful if you say you're just gonna have one more.

I know the feeling. Too many leads to sideways pictures!

Back in the day there was only a choice of Heineken, Amstel, Carlsberg or Bintang. They’ve come a long way.

Jakarta is on the equator, or close enough!

6.2° or roughly 600 kilometres south.

My first year in SEA was in Singapore, '88.

Anchor or Tiger was the choice.

    You were lucky!

Guess I was. Though, Tiger is often a decent option.

I was in Semarang in ‘96, does that mean you are 8 years older than I?

Darling, you gotta have a mirror in one of your rentals surely.

Good lord I have never met someone with such a lack of sense of humour. How do you survive in real life?

By avoiding cvnts like you. Unfortunately the interwebs is not like a pub where you can just walk away from obvious dicks. On a forum you can keep following me around, as you do.
