Ya can go down the Southern end, pull up a chair on the beach, have a few beers with the punters and the Balinese beach boys and have a really pleasant few hours.

AirAsia do return flights for 250 Buks and a reasonable room can be found in Poppies 1 or 2 for 20 buks and beers are a dollar.

Their Brit counterparts have easyjet, ryanair and Spain, most famously is probably Benidorm.

Many reasons why they go to Bali.

The beaches are good mostly , great cheap hotels, the cheap food and drink and the welcoming forever friendly Balinese top it off plus close to home.

Crack a beer on the beach and ya get arrested, any pub or eating establishment within sight of a beach will cost ya a wedge to have a sandwich and the the weather is shit for 7 months of the year.
