Really, really nice shots Punty. Took me right back to my trips there.

Mind you, the one thing I did notice in the shots, was how frigging CLEAN everything was. Don't think I saw a pile of trash anywhere, or even litter. Stark contrast to Thailand.

If you go to Kuta beach right this very minute you cannot walk on the beach without stepping in piles of plastic and man made pollution.

It's a horrid fookin Toilet for 3 months until the winds turn.

Go to the Sanur side and the beach's are nice and clean because the shit is being blown off shore until it lands on Lombok Island.

Thai beach's are subject to the same weather conditions.

Asian beach's are a juggling game between fuked and semi fuked, all relies on the winds and season.

That said, I love Bali, It's brilliant when ya dialed in and know were to go.

Going all the way to Bali and not surfing, rafting the rapids,trekking up the volcano or even ATVing round the place you may as well just check yourself into any 5 star hotel in Bangkok, doss by the pool and google pics of Tampaksiring

Please dont post up second hand info. All Asian beaches are subject to tides and winds and get dirty.

In general if you are not a surfer Thai beaches are "friendlier" as you can just fart around in the water and enjoy. Bali you are fighting the waves most of the time.

Kuta beach in the middle of the high season is superb.

Bali has many very nice clean beach's in Season. Jimbian the Hi-So enclave has some bursters.

In June on Kuta beach side the Beach is brilliant, nice clean sand and some easy surf conditions to be had. Heavy surf on days, ya gota check it.

Don't go to Kuta Beach if ya don't like looking at fat arsed Aussies drinking gallons of Bintang.

Go up to Seminak Double Six beach, heaps of Scando Backpackers, tits out, all good.

Aussies are mostly Scum, you know that eh.

AirAsia do return flights for 250 Buks and a reasonable room can be found in Poppies 1 or 2 for 20 buks and beers are a dollar.
