    Bali tourism

Sad to see that the OZ bogans favourite holiday destination, Bali, has changed now with the figures from the Indonesian Institute show that the Chinese tourists have overtaken
    the bogans.
OZ visiters up 2%,Chinese up over 30%,a new world order is emerging in low class
tourists, even beating the Poms in Spain.

What are the figures in actual numbers though.

If 100,000 bogans were visiting, a 2% increase is 2000. If 100 chinese were visiting, 30% is 30

The report does not say the numbers, but said OZ has lost the crown with Chinese
taking the lead this year,so it will only get bigger.

I was in Bali 4 weeks ago and I can assure you the Great Aussie Bogan cannot be missed. Fat Guts, Tatts everywhere and stinking of piss and Cigs.

Also the Chinese presence cannot be missed, only difference being the Chinese are distinguishable by their shit attitudes and manners.

The Balinese are used to the sophistication of us Australians and not being talked down to by Chinese pig dogs.

Word. Glad you see the filthy Chinese mongrels for what they are.

I purposely go to the Philippines because there are so few Chinny Chin Chin tourists. Few back in my country too. In fact I will actively seek out countries where they don't visit or are not welcome.

Saw about 5 in 2 weeks here in Puerto Galera - behaving like low class kunts.

I once watched a documentary on Bali surfboard beach bums targeting Australian women on holiday, the monkeys would form a holiday relationship and then on her return to Australia Shella would send him money.
Many of these Monkey players where married to Bali wives and had kids.
The video reminded Me of some other place in Asia, where similar ploys are pulled on jet setting men.

    Yes I remember that,

The Jap girls in particular would fall hard for the Young Bali guys.

After that Doco was aired the Government cracked the shits and came down hard on the practice.

Fok knows how they did that but never heard another word about it.

The Bali beach guys are very cool and smooth operators. Light years in front of the average idiot Somchai.

The Bali dudes pull the Aussie girls whilst the piss head Aussie boyfriend is sinking Bintangs.

    Quite fair enough as well.

I just read an article that there are now 23 percent Bali visitors and from that ratio 20.6 percent are Chinese.

Bali has deported six Australians so far this year amid crackdown on bad behaviour

Bali has already deported 93 foreigners from the island this year, leaving it well on track to surpass 2022, as the country seeks to crack down on bad behaviour.

According to local media, authorities are getting tougher on lawbreakers.

Bali Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Anggiat Napitupulu told the Bali Times that 93 foreigners in Bali had been deported from Indonesia between January 1 and April 17 this year.

That's already close to half of the 194 deportations recorded last year.

Australians are the third-worst offenders by nation, with six deported.

But Russians were the biggest rulebreakers, with 24 gone so far in 2023, followed by Nigerians with seven, and the US alongside Australia with six.

Plenty of different nationalities in Bali. The Dutch have a former colonial interest, and plenty of European visitors too.
Different locations for different appeals. Canguu attracts the younger hedonists, just as Kuta and Seminyak attract a younger, more mixed crowd of conventional tourists.
Sanur, where I live, has a population of more aged nationals. Ubud is for the mindful and yoga brethren.

We are all fortunate to have Australia so close, because tourists and long term expats/retirees expect the availability of western produce to satisfy that demand, wherever one chooses to settle with like minded groups.
Never short of a decent steakhouse, even during Covid.

^ No. Have you been there? Lovely place with a good mix of people minus the yobs

A friend of ours in Singapore who has an autistic spectrum adult son found him a place to live in Bali with a fully trained local family . . . the peace and tranquility of the surroundings are far better than living in Singapore. She goes to visit him every three weeks for a week and her hasn't had a sensory-triggered outburst in years due to a mix of the people's calm outlook on life and the tranquility of his surroundings.

You can tell who has never been to Bali. Upscale is how I would describe Sanur.
