Mods can't make changes to software. Has to be someone with Admin access. To fix it properly would take an html change. Should be easy if anyone could be bothered.

It would appear we have different members in different user-groups and only members of a certain member group can have or can change their custom user title. So the user-groups or permissions for those user-groups need to be updated by someone with access to the ACP. But it appears that person died in 2012 and his replacement has lost the password. How embarrassing.
