Go to the 'Lounge', then open the 'Dog House' then under the header you will see some little writing, in that there's a link to 'TeakDoor Criminal Records'.

They put the 2014 list in the wrong place though. You need to open 2013 to then open 2014.

In the bottom left of the screen there is a Quick Style Chooser. Change VBulletin Default style to VBulletin Original.

That's limited. It does not show the current jailbirds.
