Fantastic 10 mins yoga TaiChi stretching every morning.

Have been doing this with the kid early every morning before breakfast (planting health seeds) - life education starts at home.

It's a fantastic way to loosen up and start your day.

Carpe Diem, as they say. Seize The Day!

We mute it and follow along. The 10 minutes feels like 3 or 4.

    You feel fantastic.

We prefer the standing yoga early morn rather than the on the mat stuff.

Tai Chi is also excellent. Just to mix things up. Keep the body guessing ya know.

We mute, turn on the captions, and follow along.

A brilliant way to start your day. And gets you nice and loose before the day's exercise sesh.

Be quick and nimble and feeling fantastic boys and girls.

What daily yoga, stretching and Tai Chi are you doing before breakfast everyday?

I used to do the Tai Chi from that channel too, usually after a morning walk, but it's kind of vanished from my routine for a while. I must get back into it.

    Forgotten about Tai Chi

I went to Tai Chi classes in Vancouver 30 years ago and only learned about half of the 106 or 108 moves

With YouTube as the new Oracle of Delphi I might knock off the rest

Could be a black belt by October if I learn 1 move per day...

I did my first Bikram hot yoga class, the other day. 90 minutes. Going into it, I thought it was gonna be really difficult, and uncomfortable. 30 minutes into it, I realized it was a lot worse.

Sorry to hear about your partner Dave-O.

10 minutes of the above yt channel with Edwina before the school run. Feels great, body feels like melted dairy milk, just poured meself into the verandah egg chair, 90 minute gym sesh and massage later. A great way to start the day and a great daily morning activity during a kid's formative years.
