Arrow Home Spa options in Thailand

Due to overhanging tree and endless leaves thinking of remodelling

If you were to choose from these what would you prefer

Budget around half a million US14k

    1 A plunge Pool

2 A proper Scandi Sauna box, not the plastic seat with a poncho !

3 A Hot tub, not sure the upper deck will take weight without reinforcement where the views of the Mts are?

I like all 3 but no space in private rear aspect for all, Sauna plus Jacuzzi/Hot tub may be doable if modest size

Floor area to play with c 6 x 3.5m but wish to leave some deck space for a couple of chairs and or loungers/table etc.

I would be most interested in any hands on experience not necessarily in LOS

Get a nice Jacuzzi. They are relaxing and medicinal and
most come with built in cup holders.

Funnily enough, I am looking at doing something similar, well a similar sized room off the main house for a bath.

I'm thinking of just a plain simple standalone bath that I can have a damn good soak in instead of a shower all the time.

This looks to fit the bill. 2.2 meters square. 400k baht.

You can search for threads on google if you throw the right keywords and/or usernames at it.

I had a good one that I got from global house in udon and had it successfully smuggled over the lao border via a Thai agent that was excellent. 4 seater spa with heating option
I quite liked it wasn't needed when we put in the pool

I like our Jacuzzi. 4 seater. Excellent jet options. Perfect during summer. Cool off with a beer and relax.

I laid a slab of concrete and had a hut in the Lao style fabricated to shade it and had a guy bolt the mini fridge to the wall within arms reach really enjoyed it used to spend an hour or 2 in it daily.turns out though, that fridge wasn't big enough . Oh well.

    Option 3 all day long!

Nice chillaxing bubblebath with a view of the mountains .

The country is an open air sauna most of the year anyway.

That's the reasoning behind suggesting a hot tub?

    No further comment needed, really.

I'd vote for the plunge pool.. although I do like saunas and steam rooms, I can't imagine sitting in a hot tub in a hot place like Thailand. A plunge pool to cool you off a bit would be nice I'd think. An ice bath thingy could be good too as it is supposed to be good for your blood circulation.

Tax needs some new wanking material, makes a change from stalking men for it. I guess you really are sexually fluid.
