Mae West’s summary of her career. ‘I used to be Snow White but I drifted.’
Ginger tea is fabulous, one of my fave herbal teas.
Good stuff!
I may have been a bit grumpy the last few days as the hunger pangs have been insane.. I have cut my carbs/sugar and calories, so yeah it takes about a week to start feeling good.... today is day 5 and hopefully a better day than the past few.... doing well, no cheats and weighing in on Tues. We have been in a cold snap the whole week and haven't felt like leaving the house.. this week will be better so I can get out on some walks.
Thanks, it is a start and I am doing a check in with a good friend on fb who is also trying to lose weight. We talk almost daily which is nice.
I do yoga sometimes, and i have some free weights, but I go to the gym normally. This week was an exception, with a new diet, and the -20 weather I had to take it easy.
-20oC!!!
Beds the best place when it's thats cold.
I've heard sexercise is good for burning calories :D
Give it a rest, Chitty.
78.x kg after me morning whazz.

Meeting Edith for lunch - chicken or caesar salad.
We'll go to fight training in the gym for the afternoon.
Pickup kid.
Early dinner outside followed by stroll in the park.
Cake or something sweet and tasty with a pot of herbal tea on the sofa in the night.
Perfect.

A great day.
20 minutes of theory then 1 hr 10 mins of practice in fight training.
There's much to be said for 3 - 3.5 hours of exercise everyday.
Edith's got meetings tomorrow afternoon, which means 1.5 hours of fight training at 9:30am and no cycling.
Anyone fancy an afternoon beer? :)
^Wow, good stuff! Wish I had that much time to exercise. Seriously!
Am down 4 pounds as of a week! Feeling like I'm off to a great start. Half of that is water weight from the cut in carbs.
Didn't go to gym much this week, really trying to get the diet going, lots of prep and such. Hopefully back at it this week.
Veg and Cod dinner
Veggies have some complex carbs , better than simple carbs of white flour stuff.

No special 'Sesh", no fancy teas. Just hard work, staying active. Snuck in a 8km bike ride and 21K step total yesterday. Heart rate range from 87 to 145.
