My weighing scales, less than 1k baht at, yup, decathlon measures body fat % along with muscle mass, body water, and I dunno, something density and few other things by electrical impulses going up through your feet. How correct it is, I have absolutely no idea. I haven't done any of those in a few years as it involves standing on it for around 30 seconds and I'm a busy busy man.
If you seriously need to lower BP and cholesterol, getting a decent gadget that will measure those well.
