Do you take spares and a puncture kit out on your rides?

First and last time I was stranded miles from anywhere with a flat a good natured fellow cyclist saved my bacon and gave me a spare inner tube.
Hew was carrying six on his ride.

This pec blaster is great to finish of the chest set, absolutely brutal...

Screw that malarkey. New tube is 150thb and 100baht for Sir Somchai to come and and do it. Saves me from breaking the wheel and saddle when attempting it.

    Smith Machine.

Good for safety if you don't have someone to spot you but still a good idea to lift free weights in conjunction I reckon--lifting on that one plane all the time doesn't recruit all the muscles.

I can’t stand Smith machines. I prefer to start my bench press at chest/nipples and push up to eye level.

I'm right in the middle of 6 sets of abs, biceps and back and at that sweaty and panting stage, before chicken and champignon creamy pasta if any guy is available to come wipe me down after another 3 sets.

    8 inches-ish.

It's all about muscle memory mate.

This was only 2 or 3 or 8 years ago...

The bitch with those is the transition from the rack or floor to the starting position on the bench (I'm assuming you're talking about dumbbell presses- if you're hitting triceps with those, I'm out). I've seen a stand on YouTube that holds the dumbbells in place just like the barbell bench press, and then it rolls back once the weights are lifted off (you put them on the floor like usual when you're done). It's the same with heavy dumbbell shoulder presses. If you have a group of three guys working out together, two can lift the weights into place for the third, but I work out by myself and have to wrestle them into place (though my gym only goes up to 50kg- I can add a few kilos using wrist weights or bungeeing smaller plates to the sides, but that's a PITA- I'd like access to 60kg, though, just to give them a shot, though I doubt I could get enough strict reps to make a set worth doing- if nothing else they sit there like a goal, challenging you to get there).

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Cycling certainly strengthens the legs, a new personal best at 10 reps.

Could have gone heavier but don't want to risk injury.Teakdoor FIT CLUB 2022-20220128_104830-jpg

    140kilo leg press

    There's something about training pre-breakfast.

As Conor Mac G says, it takes you away to a primal place, like you're on a hunt.

2 eggs n meat before a pre lunch abs and upperbody sesh.

Squatted 175kg today, a new personal best.

    91 kilo in weight now.

Anyone used baby milk powder as a supplement?

It contains casein and whey, full of vitamins and a 1/4 of the price.
I mixed a kilo of it in with 2 kilo of whey...
