And exactly what does a Thai looking kitchen have to do with it Chico. Please explain in your sophisticated manner.

On a side note, I do not need to experiment with magic concoctions and smoothies to stay healthy. You should extend your walks, I think you are suffering from a lack of oxygen...

For example: I add it to a sandwich I make a couple times a week.

Chicken meatballs on whole wheat sourdough with kimchi and swiss cheese.

Simply sprinke the tumeric on the meatballs before putting the sandwich in the air fryer.

    Delicious.

Samuel, sounds a lovely sandwich, if I was going to make meatballs, I think I put it into the meat mix, Its not the most tasteful of spices, though as you know there is many benefits to it.

Have you ever had the Thai Muslim dish Kau Moke Gai? Turmeric is the lovely taste that gives the rice its distinctive yellow color. It is also used in almost all the Southern Thai yellow curries.

Todays concoction, Clove water, and also clove mouthwash the mouth wash totally sweetener free.

Breakfast today was not that healthy switched down the freezer and the Pork chop, had to be eaten, though I did eat with lentils de puy.

Dinner Pasta with veggies and salmon fillet, was very tempted to buy cheese for the pasta, Pasta just ain't right without Parmesan.

The one I can't mention wanted garlic bread, we settled for Tomato bruschetta.

Can't say I have, though I do like southern Thailand food, and the Muslim foods I've had are very tasty

Disclaimer: Not saying that's healthy btw, though possibly a bit healthier than half a 12 inch steak and kidney pie with baked potato and cheese. Will grate tumeric into the beer later.

    Gee let's see.

Got up, dropped a deuce. Had a glass of OJ then did a 9.3km bike ride early. Stopped near my place at the local coffee shop and had a green tea with lime to cool off. Upon return did my weights on machine and free bar while I listened to the Phoenix Suns play the Brooklyn Nets on NBA. After I vacuumed the pool, checked chemistry then watered the plants near pool area. Lunch was Nam Tok Moo with Khao Neuw and a water. After lunch was some more compound projects. Midday break while watering the lawns was a few Beer Lao whites. Dinner was a salad with fresh corn and olives with a sprinkle of mild cheddar cheese. Dressing was Olive Oil and Red Wine vinegar. As of 6pm I have logged 16,238 steps. This week my avg step count by my health app is 14,796 per day with an avg activity time of 206 minutes a day.

    I resemble that remark.

If on the off-chance it was aimed at me, that was the old me and things have changed. I've picked up a couple of 8" pie tins in the UK for the new healthy diet next year.

It was a wide sweeping swipe aimed at a few posters.

You ate a frozen pork chop from the bottom of the freezer with lentils for breakfast? Up to you.

you wanted to add Parmesan cheese to a fish based pasta? What sort of chef are you? Also what chef does not have a chunk of fresh Parmesan at home?

Willy it was Pasta, with veggies in a tomato sauce with Salmon set on the top of the pasta, any particular reason why Parmesan can't be served with this dish?

And a ex-Chef that would like to eat Parmesan with his pasta, though now chooses not too.

It’s true, seafood and cheese typically don’t pair together — their respective light and subtle and heavy and palate-dominating natures are best left to other devices. Much as Olive Garden would deny it, Italians don’t put Parmigiano, mozzarella or any other kind of cheese on a dish containing fish. It is absolute sacrilege. You mean there’s no such thing as shrimp parm? That is what we mean.

I'm surprised as an ex-Chef that you do not know that. But perhaps you were not classically trained?

This is a short-term issue, I wouldn't worry about it too much. But in the meantime, make hay while the sun shines. Integrate these pelvic jousts into your health and fitness regime. I'd suggest signing up to a fitness tracking account and purchasing a garmin watch to record your sessions - I'd advise using a chest-strap heart rate monitor as the optical ones built into the watches aren't known for their accuracy.

You could even turn it into a HIIT session if you flip her over and target the batty.
