In my opinion there isn't much point in eating healthy, or healthier and then continuing to smoke cigarettes.
I am not sure if you can get them here but when I stopped smoking over 15 years ago I used Nicorette patches and found that they helped a lot. You can get strong ones and then gradually decrease the dosage on the patches.
I also believe that smoking is a habit and with most habits you do things that trigger you to do whatever it is you do at that point, in this case smoke.
So if you normally have a smoke after eating by sitting down admiring the view then don't do that do something different that takes you away from needing/wanting a cigarette.

As for juicing I found some interesting information a couple of weeks ago and while i haven't tried it yet it is on my list to do and that is juice some Maringa leaves.
If Katie reads this I am sure she could comment as it is supposedly a national treasure in the Philippines. It is apparently considered to be the tree of life by many.

It grows abundantly here in Thailand and the Thais that I spoke to use it as a medicine but not as much as perhaps it could be used as a healthy diet supplement.

Consider the smoker who is on a 'health trip'.

Isn't it better for a smoker to have a healthy diet, than an unhealthy one though?
Not all smokers die of smoking related illnesses, some of them have unhealthy diets too.

Completely agree with you, though I'm cutting at present, tried all the recommended stuff, and not had much success, Tried Champix which is supposed to best the best stuff on the market, and didn't agree with me, so cold turkey it has to be, maybe need to stay alone for a couple of weeks.....

OMG shes making some effing stinking stuff in the kitchen

Wouldn't healthy food be more in regard to vitamins and minerals and nutritional content etc, rather than purely based on calories?

A plain rice cracker may have 1 calorie, but probably not regarded as healthy.

Of course it is healthy, but no-one would suggest that that is all you eat.

Yes, balance and complete diet and all that, however I'm interested in how someone like Chico defines 'healthy'.

Chowing on 500g of kale and spiking the fuck outta insulin levels / fresh salad drowned in dressings 'healthy' or 'I know and comprehend what I'm putting in my body healthy'.

I suspect the former (AKA. The MM Method ).

Read up on frozen v fresh years ago and they are deemed equally as good. In fact there is a suggestion that as they aren't sat around deteriorating they may be better as the valuable part, the antioxidants in the skins don't degrade as they are flash frozen as soon as they are picked.

Ye the blast Chill/freezer system they have now, provides a good way to buy frozen products.

    Oh yup, it definitely is.

Didn't anyone ever teach you that it's rude to answer a question with a question? Or were you given a cookie each time you did?
