Forgot those. Along with small doses of THC, use as supplement to the Centrums.
Coke is the drinking kind. Not the snorting kind btw.

Difficult to find somewhere to check Vit levels in the UK now, i used to send a hair sample yearly but place i used no longer does testing for the "public" as they are fully booked out by health centres and GP's who now use testing to assist them in assessing their patients needs.
The understanding for the needs for supplementation has changed enormously in recent years, the main reason being sports nutrition, a lot of research has been done, a lot of positive finding have come out of it.

    Indeed:

Alex Jones' wildly popular suite of Infowars supplements probably won't kill you, but extensive tests provided to BuzzFeed News have shown that they're little more than overpriced and ineffective blends of vitamins and minerals that have been sold in stores for ages.

If I may interrupt the bile-spitting for a moment ...
Magnesium is excellent for getting rid of mouth ulcers and haemorrhoids, and tackling arthritis.
I suspect that positive ion elements such as zinc, magnesium, iron etc are somehow depleted in the body by copper originating from mildly acidic water in copper piping.
