Have you checked your Poo recently.

Your Poo is very important to your well being.

Just recently I've taken a keen interest in other peoples Poo's.

The smell of Poo is a real giveaway on what you eat, through my own research people who eat processed and eat convenience foods have real stingy shit.

Here's a little guide to look at for your own well being.

And don't forget you are what you eat.......

I don't think I have ever not checked my poo after a dump. Always have a peek after the job is done.

Incidentally, you are supposed to also check your testicles for lumps and bumps every 3 to 6 months. Currently, since the age of 14, I have randomly been doing this with my nads every 25 minutes on average.
    Black diamonds? I shit 'em.

What should my stools look like?
The type of stool or faeces depends on the time it spends in the colon. After you pass faeces, what you see in the toilet bowl is basically the result of your diet, fluids, medications and lifestyle. You can use the Bristol Stool Chart to check what your stools are telling you.

The Bristol Stool Chart shows seven categories of stool. Every person will have different bowel habits, but the important thing is that your stools are soft and easy to pass – like types 3 and 4 below.

    Type 1–2 indicate constipation
Type 3–4 are ideal stools as they are easier to pass, and
Type 5–7 may indicate diarrhoea and urgency.

and if they look like this, seek urgent medical help.

I only ever check my poop for length and wide. Sometimes these are impressive, sometime I leave feeling empty inside.
