Saw Cujo did it in 29' something a few weeks ago. Gonna have to try and find it.

For comparison, when I ran the 1/2 marathon (cough, some years ago ) I averaged 5.33 mins/klm over the distance.
For the first 5/7 klms ... the race walkers kept up with us!
The shorter training runs were averaging 5mins/klm so...
so ... at your Cujo's pace, about 6 min a klm ... that's moving along quite briskly.
Credit to you both.
^^ Cheers....... I think.
Will aim to be doing 10km @ 6 mins/km by the end of the year.
Have no idea if that's unattainable or an easy progression but I likesy round numbers.
6 minutes a km would be 10 km an hour, a respectable jogging pace.
6 km an hour, or 10 min a km is a brisk walking pace.
I haven't been for a run for a couple of weeks now, been on the move and cycling is much more comfortable in this weather. I alternate cycle and gym days.
