    Park Life- no. 1 Benjasiri

Location - Next to Emporium, Sukhumvit, Bangkok
    Circuit length - 600 metres

Thought I'd share some of my 6km walks

This was a good ramble today

    Lots to look at

    Nice path to pound

    Folk going there to relax

Kiddies 5 year and up playground

    Security and ciggy police

    A feature

    Kiddies 1-4 yrs playground

    A dosser by the lake

    Another jobless fukker

An outdoor gym with free weights

Ain't got a clue what this is

Swimming pool in there, only cheap too

    Kwai

    Sports courts

Jogging track that goes around the park- Meh!

There was a lovely breeze there today and the great thing is theres loads of tree cover

A good 10 lap walk, highly recommended

The greens in the foreground look like something you would enjoy in your new diet.

go at 6pm dill, at the far end near the swimming pool, they have 45 min aerobic sessions every evening, usually about 100-200 people attend, including some very fit women.

its high intensity and the weight will just drop off.

its a good workout, especially if you position yourself behind a couple of fit ladies with jiggly tits and tight buns, and when the sweat starts soaking their arse cracks you can just let your imagination run riot and you dont even feel the pain of the exercise.

I had a bottle of water in Piri Piri, Emporium a very poor replica of Nandos.

Dillette, the best a man can get had the chips

Bought some new threads up there today. I'm in a Large now, well in Fred Perrys and their UK sizes anyway.

Abu Dhabi City kids shirts on sale, notice the orange muppet hats that come free with them and look like Chitty underneath

I used to think that and wonder about all those weirdos who get addicted and run in the rain, hail and sleet.

I do nothing vigorous like that, just walk fast and have a good perv.

Try doing 10,000 steps a day or 5000 at a brisk pace and you'll see you will weirdly enjoy it after a week or two.

We all know your infrequent jogging stats on the show us your workout thread are what your 7 foot 2 inch sister with the 1.2 metre stride WhatsApped you.
    Come on then!!

Pick a park and a distance, and let's see who the fastest speedwalker is on TD

The amount of dough I used to drop in this place and they wouldn't budge from their buy 6 little one for 99 baht to just 1 for twenty baht today. Drove back to Patts and had a prune. That'll teach em.

Ive not seen any, its the largest park in Bangkok nearly got lost walking around it the first time.Plenty of workers tending the park you will get charged 10 baht if you go in by the main entrance gate though but worth a visit if you've never been.
