I realised yesterday that I'm actually 68kg and not 78kg.
I find drinking all day takes away the hunger.

The fishwife had a post deleted this morning.
Trying to start a shitfight.
Was I really ?
Perhaps I just wanted to make a mildly ribbing statement....as it was.
That's a relief, I thought me cock had been getting smaller!
Anyway, a week into this work trip and five sessions in the gym. I've managed 5km on the treadmill every night in 45 minutes, then some odds and ends to make up the hour.
Eating modestly and down on the carbs. Can't really say I feel any different yet, other than the general feeling of healthiness being away from the booze.
We've had too much weather to weigh myself on the boat, too much movement.
Don't expect results too soon. They will happen though...it's inevitable
And you find you have to put more notches in in it because even the belt's too big.
“If we stop testing right now we’d have very few cases, if any.” Donald J Trump.
Mendip, losing the fat means you'll get pissed faster and it'll take less.....Dill will be worse than Syb this weekend on 3 ciders.
Why do some people get drunk faster than others? There are a lot of variables that can affect how quickly someone feels the effect of alcohol after they’ve consumed it, but how much body fat they have plays a major role.
To be more precise, it’s how much body fat versus water their body is comprised of. This is because alcohol is soluble in water but moves very slowly through fat.
When you drink alcohol it tends to distribute itself mostly in tissues rich in water like muscle, instead of those rich in fat.
You can see this clearly if you pour any type of drinking alcohol into water it goes straight into solution. If you pour it in fat, the two will tend to lie separate.
This can account for why, two people who drink the same amount and weigh the same but have different proportions of body fat to water, may feel different effects and may also have different amounts of alcohol in their blood.
That whey protein is the holy grail of weight loss keeping you full and building and holding onto muscle whilst you are losing shit loads of body fat.
Add to that a low carb diet, apple cider vinegar in your water in the morning, some chia seedsand The Curse and two weeks on you'll be smashing 180mph serves and banging the back out of the wife again like Luigi with a sidegra down Soi Africa.
Cheers for the inspiration Cujo
Owe you a couple of camomile teas
Me and my Indian promises
Only kidding Lu, some more coming soon
3 years on and those silicone implants still look good.
Just looked if there was a mirror there.
Oh you mean me
Research that L-carnitine. That looks like the magic weight lose formula.
Apparently it causes the body to burn fat for energy before glucose, meaning you lose fat while at the same time not depleting your glucose/ glysogen stores.
Google it. Also a hella more health benefits.
Oh sorry, just had a quick look at that pic and only saw the big tub.
I did read something good about it yesterday. I'm sure it involved erectile dysfunction which I was looking at for a mate
[QUOTE=Cujo;3977680]And so it begins.
It's supplement time.
.
Apparently the whey protein is way healthy,

Not sure if this is helpful or useless. I like to make Paneer cheese, takes very little time and is very easy. Lots of youtube on the subject. Its bland but one can add spices etc. But out of a two litre jug of milk I end up with about 1 litre of whey. How it compares to the store bought powder I have no idea. I save it and add to soup or stews etc.
