You're obviously an ugly Kunt, no offence, but you look sexy in the second pic...

How much did you lose in 4 months? 10 KGs or so?

This will cheer you up. See how limber this guy is.

The transformation. Hopefully a motivational thread-img_20190425_080919-jpg

    4 months from Aug 7 to Dec 7 101 kg down to 80. By January 1 78..
At about 79 now depending on whether I weigh myself on getting up, after exercise or evening post meal, etc.
The difference can be a kilo. I may weigh in at 78.8 in the morning, get back from a run or cycle and be 77.6 then have something to eat and a shit and by evening 79.
On average now 79 give or take dinner and a dump.

Actually that was about 3 months ago before I started working out at the gym.
Much better now but not there yet.
At that point I was just marvelling at being so limber.
Next time you're in the supermarket lift up a 10kg bag of rice and image walking around with one of those on your back and one on your front.
The feeling of relief when the fat suit was gone was huge.
I say 4 months but most of the weight loss happened in the 2nd 3rd and 4th months so it was quite sudden once it started to go. Then suddenly one day I remember jumping around from one foot to another bouncing around and whooping like a kid.
    4 months Mendip. Do it.

My son (12) bought me a 'sports watch' for my birthday. It's big, it's chunky, but I wear it for him.
It keeps good time and is waterproof.

    Missed the original weight part.

That's very good. Especially that you've maintained it for 6 months since then. Most people who cut out a food group and lose a lot of weight have put it back on 6 months later.

Looks like you haven't got a cycling computer of any description on your bike... get one, and a power meter, and a heart rate monitor; you'll spend the rest of the day crunching the numbers and the following day trying to beat them. Then of course you'll morph into a frothing-at-the-mouth lunatic who goes through a bottom bracket a week.

    Nice work mate. Keep moving.

i never said losing weight and taking up exercise weren't achievements to take some pride from.

my comment was to draw attention to the fact that this thread seems to have turned into an oprah winfrey tribute thread for fat fucks to indulge in mutual backslapping, high fiving to shouts of "you awesome dude!" and declarations of quasi religious "inspiration" having undergone some kind of life changing religious realisation after reading that some geezer went cycling and surprise surprise ...... he lost a few kilos.

    now carry on.
