I have been afflicted. The answer? At least here in Indo is Lifebuoy soap with silver. Either that or applying Nivea anti antiperspirant to the affected area, as I've been doing both

A threads no good without photos.
Vitamin B also helps with crotch rot.
Many people are deficient in it.
Also, zinc and magnesium are beneficial.
Magnesium is particularly good at getting rid of mouth ulcers and haemorrhoids.
A cheap source is Epsom Salts (MgSO4) - moisten a finger tip, plunge it into the box, lick the crystals off, repeat a few times over a few days, job done.
Never mind Johnson's baby powder.
What you need is prickly heat talcom powder.
That'll cure what ails ya.
Balms and creams are uncomfortable.
Prickly Heat. I shit you not. Dry, comfortable and will clear it up in the blink of an eye.
Had something like that about 12 years ago, scratching to and through blood only makes it worse so don't; try chlotrozone, or E45 anti-itch cream (Boots), mycozole (any decent pharmacy) or any of a dozen other ointments with a hefty dose of zinc, use unscented white soap, white undies, dry thoroughly, you're welcome.
If the rash is 5 foot 11 you need a lot of cream
Just shower twice daily. Rinse and dry thoroughly and wear loose fitting undercrackers. A monthly shaving of your lady garden helps too.
No matter how you shake your peg,
The last wee drop runs down your leg.
How many days does a pair of shorts or trousers last before needing washed if you don't wear boxers to mop up the the stray drips from straining the greens and absorb the ballbag sweat?
Changing boxers every couple of days (or every day in the tropics) means you can wear the same shorts for a week or 2.
Boxers are much easier to wash than heavy cotton shorts or trousers.
No commando for me unless it it is with swimming style board shorts at the beach or working in the garden which are as easy to wash as boxers.
Also handy when you get the urge to give the butt-crack a deep scratch.
No skidmarks on the trousers/shorts.
Haven't worn underkaks in around 5 years.
Shorts last one day.
Then a woman washes them when she does the washing.
Vitamin B
Jesus, I thought it was common knowledge.
Prickly heat.
How do you live in S.E.Asia and not know this?
Done and dusted.
Thank you.
I have to remember to scroll down this page damn quick.
Hick, To much information.....
Leave the plums to marinade in a pot of natural yoghurt cool from the fridge for a couple of hours while watching a movie.
Cools them down and gets rid of the rash and you can mix the yoghurt with tandoori paste to make a chicken marinade when you are finished.
(don't add the tandoori paste before using for ball bag relief)
