Free check/service on the new bike at 1000km, reached that today, 26 rides for 1033km.
Building up, I had seven weeks off cycling due to an ankle sprain which pedalling aggravated but walking and swimming were ok.
Not fussed on times just keeping a steady average speed, goal a 110km return to Prasae, Rayong, within next few weeks.

Everything is straight ahead of me

    ^ Good man.

Learning to read Thai can definitely have its advantages.

Do you use small flashing front/rear lights when out on the road?

I also have a mirror on the end of the handlebar so I can see the fokers in their D-maxes coming, though perhaps I'm just overly paranoid about safety and the utter fukwits that are also on the road.

I've had it a while now. I can change the face on it for you Mike, if you think that ones a bit camp

I'm a modest kinda guy and feel a bit awkward sharing my Iron-man workouts.

It reads blood pressure too for the frequent times I do take it to the limit and can read emails, take calls on it and as mentioned...edit the watch face

^^ Nothing wrong with the watch face but your blood pressure is a bit low.

Oh, and it's the gayest watch I've ever seen.

    6 sets of:

    biceps
    abs
    traps
    lats

No skipping with each set and the difference is astounding.

    From 1% Mendo to 15% Mendo. :/
    From 16% Dill to 0% Dill. :/

    Astounding.

    Astounded, is what I am.

Get out yer kid's pink skipping rope and get skipping lads.

I got roped into a half Triathlon at the start of August in Songkhla.

    800m Swim
    20km Cycle
    5km Run.

    I can handle that.

Exact date tbc but if I go ahead and train for 2 months and it clashes with Spartan I'll have a decision to make.

    Pattaya weekend trumps Songkhla weekend.

Hopefully work doesn't get in the way.

    Training starts with running tomorrow.

    Maybe.

I've only got a pair of Sambas with me.
    Lang may yer lum reek...

That sounds very doable indeed. If fit the last two could be only 30 minutes each.
