Bit of a struggle exercising with Covid.
So I managed a leisurely couple of hour pitching golf balls in the Sun, that had me out of breath.
Even lifting dumbbells is a bit much at the moment.
Looking forward to a marathon bike ride soon,preferably before the Summer is over.

I've mede the transition to night shift and done all the rigging up work, now I have 3 weeks babysitting a control panel during operation.
Working out may continue.
Pre work:
Skipping, 1 min on/off for 20 mins avg 120 jumps/min. Last set until failure, 2mins 15secs
Bicep curls, alternating arms 7kg dumbbells - 3 sets of 40 reps (20 each arm).
Tonight I'll move my dumbbells to work and use them on company time for the rest of the trip and keep the skipping and jogging (if the rain ever stops) to camp.

My nightly routine has become:
6:30pm, 9pm, midnight, 3am, 5:30am
3 sets - Bicep curls, alternating arms 7kg dumbbells - 40 reps (20 each arm), 10 pushups, lawn mowers 7kg dumbbells 15 reps each arm
Wee 30km huff n puff before lunch along the river

Light 20km warmup before abs, chest, triceps, delts.
Gonna need a lot more than wee warmups to get back down to 75kg.
Was absolutely pi$$ing down for half it, to the point I think I've shrunk.
Brazilian Ju-Jitsu after lunch.
^All of your rides have an elevation of just 10 metres and on the odd occasion 11 or 12.
Are you cycling around the park then going down the slide?
No bike ride today, pissing it down.
Overhead military press 40kg 10 sets of 10reps.
Bicep curls 12kg 3 x 10reps
