When you have evidence which you are sure is reliable then you should contact the police instead of going public.

22kms bike ride today, 400 calories burned. Also washed my car by hand where I struggled with the hose.

Superset with some close grip presses to hit your tired triceps from a different angle, and increase the pain/endorphin factor while you're there.

I use a bench and dumbbells though. Hands at a 90 degree angle different from the video. Sometimes I use the EZ curl bar but just grabbing dumbbells from the rack means less setup.
