^ Get a job, you idle fuck
# professional underwear model/fitness coach.
I can give you some advice, if you'd like. What sort of bodyfat % are you looking at?
Looks like the 'relax' section is actually 'trolling on TD'.
You must have missed at least a couple of stints off the schedule.
Brisk 3k walk today for the first time in a few weeks. ( I had a medical procedure that prevented me)
Felt good to be out and about
But I am in bad shape, funny how fast you lose it at my age (64 in June).
Good stuff Banzai Boy.
A slow n steady warmer-upper
Picked up a badboy.
Gai yang protein with the odd bit of road grit and green leave salad.
2 hour afternoon gym work out.
4 hands 90 minute warm oil massage.
dinner
family swimming and yoga.
Praise the Lord.
Praaaaaise Jeeeeeeeesus.
^ Nice gold star.
But can you suck your own penis like Eddie?
Nope.
Can you see your own penis, unlike dillinger?
Slow n steady warm up in me Freddie Mercury shorts, before the afternoon upper body gym sesh.
Fuck me its Eddie chIzzard.
Decathlon?^
Looking at purchasing some punch bags etc for my man cave.
Meanwhile, two hours in the saddle on my road bike today.
Love them endorphins!
2 cups'o coffee, then an early morning warmer upper of 20km @ 25kph to get me Khao Soi breakkie.
Oh jaysus.
Bit of a waste really given that I only eat the chicken meat and some of the crunchy noodles. Still, 40 baht won't break the bank I suppose.
Out of interest, is there any extra benefit that 45 minutes of early morning cardio on an empty stomach does? An American guy told me that early morning workouts are the best as they continue to burn extra calories throughout the day or summit. But you know, he was American. Cannae be trusted eh.
No. Yes. Maybe. Depends. Debatable.
I like working out on an empty stomach because it sets me up for a nice breakfast. Some people don't because they feel they can't sustain the effort without some fuel first.
He's correct to a point but then cardio doesn't have much of an 'afterburn' effect. Weight lifting has more but that's gonna continue regardless of what time you do it. Also he's American so fuck that guy.
The Slap Seal of Approval has been noted and will be taken into account. 2 cups of coffee then 20km warm up @25kph for breakfast is the dish of the day.
Good effort, didn't realise it was so flat in your neck of the woods.
Do you avoid hills?
There's only one public road near me that I'll ride on due to safety reasons. It's about as safe as possible here (wide, well kept, pretty much straight, light enough traffic that you can see coming front and rear, I use a gay little mirror ), and I still nearly get taken out twice an hour.
Guess being fined a day's wage for killing a foreign cyclist isn't much of a deterrent.
