Joking aside, On that recumbent bike my left knee used to click for a while. It stopped after a couple of weeks. I never had no pain though.

Let's have a look at your knobbly knee

Not sure where the mudguard emotions come from.

Don't people have washing machines with accompanying maid/wife/bike washer?

Yeah if anyone ever tells you that those new state-of-the-art artificial pitches are good to play on punch them in the dick and tell them they're lying.

I did receive some ribbing at school, for having a backwards head.

But as Jeremy Clarkson said “There is no exquisite beauty… without some strangeness in the proportion.”

16 mile trail run with 1500 ft elevation on Sunday evening - took about two and a quarter hours.

I've been doing stretches of an evening which have really helped me go past the 1.5 hour mark pain-free - I mean, nothing. No discomfort at a reasonable lick whatsoever.

That was until this morniong though when it felt like someone had taken a chainsaw to my piriformis. Ironed that back out with an hour on the Wattbike this evening and we'll be good top go again on the morrow.

Averaging about 35-40 miles running and 120 miles riding a week at the moment.
