^^
^Still feel like da Man?
Tough crowd.
Dill's still Lulutardin'
Body-envy can be cruel. :/
Triceps x 10 sets
Delts x 10 sets
Chest x 10 sets
Ab roller x 10 sets
New pair o' weapons from Decathlon.
Again stuck with 44 as out of 45s.
No doubt they'll upset me pet hippo.
big feet big socks eh? How many pairs do u need to fill them?
I had to re-read that.
I thought you'd taken it to the next level and actually entered a decathlon event
9hL
Get in.
1.6kg to go.
Breaking in the Black Bombatas with a wee 7.5km-er.
No Personal Sybil, but picked up a Neverna (3rd place) for 1 mile.
Nice wee spot for a 10km sundowner.
Unfortunately had a teetotaling slowcoach dragging down me times.
Will take 41 minutes of VO2 Max.
Whatever the fok that is.
Good work Lu!
5 days in the trot pumping iron down the gym with loads of protein. Getting some boulder shoulders.
Rest day tomorrow , gonna fvck it all up now getting on the piss
I'd rather conclude that I have in fact, got the heart of a lion.
Nah, Lu, lions are lazy - spend 20 hour a day sleeping, you have the heart of a racehorse...
Although, concerning the accuracy of the VO2 data, just where did you connect the mask to the monitor?
Aren't we supposed to swallow it.
10km Friday.
10km Sunday.
Wee 8km Tuesday.
Next aim is a half-marathon by the end of the year, 21km.
Can roll off 10km in an hour without anything but a bit of a sweat nowadays, so wtf not.
Go Lulu, get busy!
It's a bit cliche but once you begin to enjoy exercise-induced suffering there's no turning back.
It's a nice swap-out for the booze.
Amen.
Though I can't say I'm not hanging for Friday night.
Nice wee spot for a change of location and change of pace.
Wee leg loosener before triceps, delts and chest, before ribs and corn for lunch.
Because cardio is mostly for girly-girls being girlish, boring to do in a gym, and I don't speak Spanish I've come up with me own little routine:
- Spotify playlist on random;
- 1st song jog;
- 2nd song stationary bike;
- 3rd song Nordic track;
- 4th song walk
- Repeat x2
I also try to keep to the tempo of the music and with the random song selection and song length it mixes shit up nicely.
