    Keep it regular, it gets easier.
    I've included a steep incline in my route now, not long but I'm surprised how easy it is for me. A couple of months ago no way.
    While I'm here does anyone else listen to music while they run?
    I use it for rhythm, not listening to my favourite tunes but finding tunes with good beat and rhythm for running.
    Off the top of my head JJ cales 'They call me he breeze' is excellent as in 'yonders wall' by Junior wells. Both a nice 10kmh lope.
    In fact I really need that, won't go without it.

    Just did 5kns in about 10 minutes on an exercise bike and it shorted all the leccy. Was getting into that too, so did a 3km walk

    I'm making a change to my entire routine: going to 3 day split from the current 5 day split.

    Just finding that I can no longer get enough recovery in since I've contracted the aging virus that we all have.

    Lol, join the old farts club. The other 2 days I now do a bit of boxing training for fitness. A few rounds on a heavy bag or mitts is a lot more fun and beneficial that any running machine or stationary bike.

    ^Usually 2 mins x 10 rounds w/ 30 second rest intervals on the heavy bag. Work different combos and don't go all out at the start though. This guy ain't a boxer, but the bag workouts are good:
