Rest day, aching all over
Cheddo may be made of sweet sugar.

Cant beat a flat road cycle, fvck those hills.
Hills can be nice, it's the undertaking double trailer trucks racing to their yabaa supplier that can be an issue. I swear they'd skip the bends altogether and just plough down through the jungle if only their tyres had tread on them.

Up to 27kph for ze daily 30km.
Hopefully will continue increasing up to 30kph average once the pre-espresso is replaced with methamphetamine.

Yaba daba doo!
Do you cycle the same route ?
I intend to get back on track with my fitness regime this weekend with no football worth watching and fine weather forecasted.
A few rides and some upper body strength weightlifting.
Not to mention some damn fine meals.
*googling*
Verdict: Guilty.
Oh yes.
28.3kph avg getting closer.
Edith doing her world famous larb.
Might as well have a beer.
^
Have a couple, you deserve it.
Contemplating an afternoon blast around the country lanes, just need to let my two Ribeyes settle first.
Maybe some bike maintenance to get me mobile and in the mood..
FFS, supercharged up into the hills and the Goyt valley.
Now I've got nothing left in the tank and the Champions league final is on in a couple of hours.
Home gym in the morning, 50km in sub 2 hours in the afternoon
Will take the kid to McDonald's after the school run because fok I need MSG and glucose
Slow n sleazy 36 km round trip to the gai yang stall.
Got the last one that's been sitting there all day, so it's bone dry and tastes like diesel fumes.
^ And all that fly shit You need an airfryer in your life. And most likely some aloe Vera, cycling at 2pm in Thailand, you nutter.
I doubt it would fit in one of those little toasters.
The menu on the wall had gai yang and sticky rice for 140thb in Thai, but she charged me 150thb. You able to charge sweaty annoying foreigners more on your busses?
It's the weekend. Earlier than that and I'll be hungover, later than that and I'll be drinking. Gotta time manage these windows of opportunity.
Good to see a few of you still working out!
How's the biking going, Dill?
Did 18km ride yesteday and day before that 20 km's. I want to get a longer ride in, but there never seems to be enough time. I also go to a gym and do yoga and/or zumba a few days a week.
Today and yesterday.
Very windy. Very slow.
50 is the new 40.
