This is a great ab workout. Did half hour of jogging intervals outside. 30 secs jogging/30 secs walking fast.

Then did this vid. I'll hopefully see some results in 30 days.

^ ab exercises are a waste of time... unless you have 8% body fat.

I can guarantee you, you, nor me, will see any difference in 12 months of that plan.
Did 20 minutes on the bag today, then ruined it with a different 6 pack...

What % body fat are you?

This site has photos ranging from bodies with 25% down to 8%.

Most people that keep reasonably fit and eat healthily are happy with the definition that between 10-15% gives.

What Body Fat Percentage Should I Be To See Abs?

^ I've always been happy in the 15-20% range. I doubt I was much below 15% when I was in my 20's playing most sports.

I've been <10% as a goal I wanted to achieve.

Wouldn't do it again -- and probably couldn't at this point either -- it's not much fun to maintain.

In my late 20s and early 30s, when I was fit and trained hard regularly, my percentage body fat was 12-13%. Now I'd guess it's about 16-17%.

Ya exactly, I'm just trying to get in a healthy range for me...defo not trying to get washboard abs. These exercises just tighten them and with me losing weight it helps tone and tighten them. I've seen people lose a lot of weight, but still look blah.. with weights and toning you have some sort of tone after losing weight..unless of course you have a lot of loose skin.

An hour in the saddle cycling against winds that nearly made me go backwards.

Some resistance band work for the upper body strength.

Ran out of Creatine. Thinking of taking a Month off it. Wondering if thats gonna sap my strength. Will lose a few kgs of water I think...
I was getting quite buff on it too, but back up to 90kgs.

    Thoughts Ant?

Yep you'll definitely lose some water weight, that's pretty much how it works by drawing water into the muscle.

I wouldn't worry too much about losing strength though. Any losses will be negligible and you can always go back on it again later.
