Did some zumba today. Wasn't able to exercise much the past weeks because too busy. Working from home might have a positive effect after all - more time for home exercise! Note to self - must download other dance vids, cos if I do the same dances/music everyday, it gets stale too.

Just back from the gym.
It was closed for C-19 so now I'm just sitting here pinging on pre-workout wondering what to do with myself. The post workout shake is in the fridge along with all my cheat day (today) food that I haven't earned.
The temptation to 'do a Dilly' is strong.

I found an old pair of 5kgs dumbbells and did some vanity curls using slow, strict form to increase the intensity.
Not my usual kinda workout.

Sucks that gyms are closed, mine is as well for almost two weeks. I was going a lot. Now I'm either walking an hour outside or jogging intervals outside which I did today for 40 mins. Also did some situps and pushups in my room. I'm buying some free weights on Friday as most stores have run out of stock.
