They actually need to find a way to take those weight cuts out of combat sports, that shit is legit dangerous.

Wee 5.5km jog/run before breakfast and upperbody workout.

    'Ahead of 100% of users'.

    Will take that.

Young Arthur, my wirehaired Hungarian Viszla, has taken physical activity to a new level. He's only 4.5 months but the bloke is a fucking machine.

Vet advised me that light 30 minute jogs twice a day are suitable for a pup his age - but who's jogging? He ain't - he's fucking walking while I'm toiling away at a steady endurance pace, and when I lifted the levels and sprinted literally as hard as I could for a minute, he barely made it out of zone 2, simply trotting behind me, stopping for the occasional wee-wee.

I'm gonna have to dust off the mountain bike and teach this young fellow who the boss is - because at present, Arthur is in charge.

Guess I've had Spotify for one week as this morning it doesn't allow me to play albums (unless in 'shuffle' mode), and has ads coming on between songs.

Fokin' Thai ads, with their annoying 'Bing Bong Boing' sound effects, whiny voices and 'Ohh-hooo, jing jing naa's.

Kinda breaks up a Cradle of Filth Black Metal masterpiece in quite an unwelcome fashion.

Don't suppose I can pay for a normal version using the money on me Dtac prepaid account? Can use it to buy games on Google Play.

Break down and spend the 5 baht a day for a subscription buddy. They even make you playlists based on your taste in music. Well worth it..

Ads for Black Pink got me to buy the subscription very quickly about a year ago..

Have you got a small Tesco near you? You can buy the giftcard things there, next to Playstation Plus, and other subscriptions.

I downloaded a bootlegged one off Pirate Bay. It goes off every month because I'm not in UK where my Spotify account is so I just put my VPN on and start it up and log in again and it works again, giving me another free Month without ads and shuffling

Wee 6km jog. Not a PB, but happy enough plodding along and doing it in 33 minutes 27 Simple-Sybils.

Nothing of significance compared to the youngsters, but I managed to walk 50 miles last week (106,000 steps) and a 50 hour week at work.
I lost the 3 kilos I wanted to drop so it's s 35 mile week to aim for this week.

I'm laid out from that Corona virus, or possibly from drinking wine until 3am with people of questionable morals.

Fok it, back on it tomorrow.

Or the next day. Got a race to prepare for in a few weeks.

    Back to it.

500m stroll to the lake, run 6.5km around it with no walking breaks, 500m stroll back.

Now waxing 5km in under 30 mins nae bother at all, 10km in under 60 mins with relative ease, guess the next milestone will be running 12km in less than an hour.

    In a few months.

Why didn't you start a riveting thread for it instead, like this one?

Dunno there was already this riveting thread so another riveting thread purely for a random pic of my exercise diary seemed a bit superfluous... Albeit riveting.

I ran 10km yesterday in just under 50 minutes. I felt better in the last half than the first half.
