I don't push them too hard, only 68 kgs, . Practiced the form with just the bar for a while.

I don't wanna be too muscular, enjoying the mobility and fitness with the cardio work too much. I can see how you got so into it... Nearly

Thought you were gonna say bathed in beautiful sweat

You are on a different level you and probably do more miles than your average travelling businessman's car

I'm more your second car that comes out on weekends

Luigi will be the classic that gets revved every Summer.

Just done my longest walk today, did it early because there's a storm coming. Just back and the thunder has started

In touching distance of my goal now and shedding 12.2kgs of fat.

It's a fine balance between weights and cardio. Too much cardio cancels out the strength and muscle gains from the iron..

Sounds like you really have made big strides getting stronger and losing the weight though, Dill. In a short turnaround also. Nice one.

    Cheers

That whey protein and creatine helped, I do owe Cujo a few beers for the inspiration though and Luigi for the hippo caricatures. The results feed the motivation.
Just shows it doesn't take long at all to sort yourself out from being a fat lazy fuck

Though once the novelty and motivation wear off, it doesn't take long at all to revert into fat lazy fuck-ness.

Thought you did not get up early. You would have had to have started by 530am to do that as at 822am you were posting on this thread. You sure your little "exercise toy" did not come into play?

From experience its pitch black at 530am...

    Yup.

Bowl of Muesli and banana then 5km jog after doing the school run.

    Cuppa tea.

And then 11km round-trip stroll to pick up lunch.

Suppose I should get off me finely-toned arse and do those afternoon weights now.

5km and 300 sit ups. Done in a lack-luster fashion after a week of the joy open classrooms brings. No more goldfish bowl atmosphere next week. Looking forward to head into the mountains tomorrow.

27 min if I push it, which today was not happening at all. I am looking into the full or half-marathon here in UB but the crowds are a massive turn off for me.

A brisk 20000 steps up Bogd Khan mountain, which was looking fine in its autumn colors.

11.5km with a nice massage to break it up.

Planning to do this this week or next.

Park up in the train station, 22.5km walk to Lamphun train station, massage, lunch, and 2pm train back.

Just not sure I'll be able to use me legs to drive back from the train station after.

That looks fun, walking beside a railway track and all the shit that's been thrown off the trains

Went mountain biking yesterday, twice around Mabprachan Lake.

Was a lovely day for it

The hill climb, then it's all downhill and mainly flat. The little un did it all with no gears on her bike bless her.

    Highly recommended.

You can hire a bike for 50 baht. This one was only 100 baht for all day...

A few bars and restaurants to stop at

    Nice little family day out
