Was burning some energy and had to stop jogging and walk after 2.5km.

Have felt a dull pain in the outside of me right knee at times, today it came on and twice felt like it could give way. So better not do a Keano and be out for 8 months, so walked home.

Still a light dull pain 30 mins later.

    Around here.

Will get one of those elastic knee support things.

    Any TD medical expert opinions?

    Would prefer not to amputate.

    Cheers.

First the good news, I got the Charge 3 paired to my Laptop, and its cool.

Lu when I first got back I had some knee pain and in general just a funny feeling in my left leg, mostly in the knee area, a couple of times it did feel as if it might give out. The feeling was almost electric. So I went in to the new hospital by my house. They said mild sciatica brought on by economy long haul flight, 14 hours. They said it should go away as I never had it. But if it continued to check my bed and how I slept. I was lucky it is now 99% gone. Read this just a big and more.

Well, at least ya got a back up plan.

Seems like your bodies telling' ya time for some R&R - take three days off and restart on a modified light schedule working up to your normal routine. Works for me. Haven't had to amputate yet.

    ^ Cheers, could be.

Will substitute jogging for swimming for 3-4 days, I'm sure it's a bit easier on me ol' knees.

Pity really, as I've grown to enjoy going out for a jog everyday now.

I'd be tempted to blame your new Decathlon running shoes, Luigi. Get yersel some proper running shoes for running in.

Just bought some Hoka Speedgoats - fuck me they've got some bounce.

Ran today while the kids rode their bikes as we often do - quite good for intervals because they're either crawling along or pelting it.

well the new tracker seems to work well. I have been at this walk jogging since the 15th of March last year, so 17 months now. You get "virtual awards" from the Fitbit app, this popped up today at 740 am just as I got back from the morning session.

Todays stats before 750am... I really am addicted to the endorphin high!

5.5 km per hour is about 11 minutes per kilometre, 17.5 minutes per mile. Less than 3.5 miles an hour. Not brisk, but reasonable for a drunken walk home. I'm sure Dill has had plenty of practice to get to that level.

I woke up, late, and dragged my sorry carcass downstairs to the sofa from where I've barely shifted since.

Fuck it, that's plenty enough exercise for today.
